The SCP & GSG Association is the home of Sigma Chi Psi Sorority and Gamma Sigma Gamma Fraternity, the first multicultural Greek-letter organizations created for students earning their degrees through online and nontraditional pathways. Since 2020, more than 1,000 members have crossed into a sisterhood and brotherhood built on service, scholarship, and real connection.

Our mission is simple: bridge the social gap for online students. Through service, good deeds, mentorship, leadership development, and virtual and in-person events, we give nontraditional students the community, connection, and lifelong bonds they deserve.

Sigma Chi Psi Sorority and Gamma Sigma Gamma Fraternity are membership organizations built for online and nontraditional students, a population that traditional sorority and fraternity life was never designed to include. We create meaningful student experiences rooted in academic excellence, leadership, service, career development, and lasting sisterhood and brotherhood.

We are an inclusive community. Membership is open to all students regardless of race, gender identity, religion, or background. Through events, good deeds, and leadership opportunities, our members build community, form lifelong bonds, and develop networks that extend well beyond graduation.

More students than ever are choosing online learning, whether to advance their careers, return to school after life took them in a different direction, or simply because it fits their reality. But in doing so, many miss out on the connections that make higher education transformative.
Research consistently shows that involvement in student organizations improves retention and supports student success, making it even more important to provide what even the best online universities weren't designed to sustain: a community that knows you, grows with you, and stays with you long after graduation. Our goal is to ensure that online and nontraditional students have the opportunity to experience the lifelong bonds and shared traditions of sorority and fraternity life through a community built around their lives.
